Holisitic Management International (HMI)
Holistic Management International (HMI) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1984, dedicated to training farmers, ranchers, and land stewards in regenerative agriculture practices through its HolisticManagement framework. Over the past 40 years, HMI has trained more than 90,000 individuals across 150 countries, influencing the management of over 133 million acres of land globally. HMI brings decades of experience and a proven track record in promoting sustainable land management practices that enhance soil health, biodiversity, and the resilience of farming communities.
Understanding Ag
Understanding Ag is a leading regenerative agriculture consulting firm that has empowered over 4,000 farmers and ranchers across North America and beyond. Their consultants have worked with operations ranging from a few acres to over 2 million acres, providing tailored guidance on regenerative practices. Through their Regen Ag 101 course, Understanding Ag has helped producers transition from conventional agriculture to soil health-centric regenerative agriculture on more than 17 million acres of land. Their approach emphasizes adaptive stewardship, aiming to build resilient, profitable agricultural enterprises.
Noble Research Institute
The Noble Research Institute, established in 1945, is the nation's largest nonprofit dedicated to farm and ranch management, focusing on regenerative agriculture to improve land, livestock, and livelihoods. They actively manage 13,500 acres of working ranchlands in southern Oklahoma, providing real-world insights for farmers and ranchers. Since launching their regenerative ranching education program in 2023, Noble has trained over 270 producers, impacting more than 280,000 acres across seven states.
