Financial Aid

We know conferences take time and money - that’s why Small Producers Initiative (SPI) and FARFA prioritize providing financial aid for attendees.

We welcome applicants from all Southern states and strongly encourage beginning and aspiring farmers, BIPOC producers, and veteran farmers and ranchers to apply.

If selected, you will register online and pay a reduced registration fee of $50 for the full conference package, or $35 for one day via online registration. The Monday night dinner is a separate ticket available to purchase for $45.

Additionally, you may request a travel stipend to help cover mileage, lodging, or flights. Please note that travel stipends will be awarded after the conference and will require you to create an account with Texas State University.
