#SFFFS2024

We are a collaborative event bringing together growers, producers, local food advocates, and small farm supporters from all walks of life.

About

The Southern Family Farmers & Food Systems Conference was formed in 2019 when the Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance (FARFA), Small Producers Initiative at Texas State University (SPI), and Council for Healthy Food Systems (CHFS) decided to join forces and host one big annual event serving small and mid-sized family farmers growing sustainably and regeneratively on the land.

The event brings producers from all over Texas, Southern U.S., and beyond to celebrate small farms and local food. We hope you will join us this year and many more to come!

The event is hosted at Texas State University in the sleepy college town and vacation destination of San Marcos, Texas.
